Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value refers to the lowest amount you spend when purchasing from our shop to place an order or to qualify for a specific discount. These values ​​are automatically displayed on the respective individual products and cannot be undercut.
Prices
All product prices include all applicable packaging materials and shipping costs (flat rates), with exceptions being announced in advance. For services, small one-time fees or subscriptions may apply depending on the additional desired features or app.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the product price, saving you a significant amount of money (flat rates). Exceptions will be announced in advance.

All payment methods are accepted according to the payment options in our shop.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of our company until you have paid the purchase price and all associated costs and expenses in full.

Deliveries
Please choose a delivery address where you (or your representative) can personally receive the package. Product packaging may differ from the images shown on our website; however, we guarantee the exact contents and quantity.

Delivery Time
Deliveries can take between 4 and 14 days, depending on your location and due to fresh production and consolidated shipping. Delivery may take slightly longer in case of overload, stock shortages, or out-of-stock situations.

Warranty
After receiving your order, the goods will be shipped to you in perfect condition. All services will also be provided flawlessly. It is the customer's responsibility to report any defects or errors immediately or within 3 days at the latest. If the customer responds later, we (usually) cannot accept liability. No claims can be made for inconveniences arising from failure to observe our website or terms and conditions. No claims can be made for free offers/services, as these are provided entirely voluntarily and free of charge. These offers/services may be changed or revoked by us at any time as needed.

Liability for Damages
Claims for damages due to errors in texts or delayed delivery are excluded. Services are non-refundable, as they are not physical and have already been performed by us. Gift cards can only be redeemed on the website and cannot be claimed in any other form. They have an expiration date (see purchase/order confirmation): once this date has passed, the corresponding amount can no longer be claimed. No claims can be made for damages resulting from failure to comply with our website or terms and conditions. No claims can be made for free offers/services, as these are provided entirely voluntarily and free of charge. These offers/services may be changed or revoked by us at any time as needed.

Right of Withdrawal
Product returns from online purchases are conditional and partial (please request the return address beforehand!). These must be justified in writing and will be reviewed by us (see "Warranty"). After examining the returned goods, we will inform you of our decision as soon as possible.
